[WardFive] Volunteers Photographer and Videographer Needed: STEM4US.org-Capitol Hill Power Lunch, Tue, Apr 8, 2014

STEM4US! is a leading non-profit working to excite young people about careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). On Tuesday, April 8, 2014, from 1:30p-4pm, STEM4US is hosting its signature STEM4US! Capitol Hill Power Lunch.  "Technology + Energy + Entertainment = Synergy to Promote Innovation, Jobs Nation's Youth" is the theme for the event. The event will be held at the U.S. Capitol Visitor's Center, Room SVC201.

STEM4US is in need of a volunteer photographer and videographer for this important event.  If you have a tablet or iPad, that could also be used to document this event.

This event is another in a continuing series to bring to the table businesses, entrepreneurs, academia and others interested in the learning, training and employment of qualitifed youth for the jobs of the 21st century. Event organizers hope this Power Lunch raises awareness about the importance of collaborations between energy, technology, and entertainment leaders to excite youth and their parents about these innovation careers.

Seating for the event closed on Fri.  I am involved with this program.

If interested in providing these volunteer services or more details on these needed services, please call Talib I. Karim at 202-508-3391 or email him at: Talib@STEM4US.org.
