Call Center Officer (Urgent)

Job Responsibilities:
- Hang up customer’s phone
- Providing customer with accurate service’s information
- Consulting customer with sociable and professional base in their needs
- To ensure transaction and system entries are completed in an accurate complete and timely Manner 
- Recording feedback from customer

Job Requirement:
- Male or Female ,age at least 18 years old
- Good customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Good command of Lao spoken and written

- English is a plus. 
- Being honest, pro-active, patient, flexible and self-motivated
