Sorry to have missed the beauty. Glad to have not swum. Guess there's a chance I wouldn't have, but my real excuse was fear of the road out. Glad it was not bad. Looking forward to hearing more tales of what I missed.

There is no way to truly communicate to someone, especially a non kayaker, the intensity of feeling and sensation of trying to run the rapids with the blizzard like snow blowing horizontally into your face.
