Contrary to published & stated presentation info at Sat, Apr 27 5B04 SMD meeting, along w/what was included in applicant's Business Plans, the attached recently rec'd formal ABRA placard notice re Brookland's Finest indicates what is on entity's filed tavern application.  The proposed site is corner of 12th & Jackson.

 

- seeking to serve alcohol (from 8AM - 2AM/Sun-Thu; 8AM-3AM/Fri-Sat)

 

- total occupancy 99; outside seating 40 (on Jackson)
