cheat_training_group revive yourself!

Dear Cheat trainers,
I will be reviving myself after the slow grinding death on Saturday by going for a run on the towpath.  Anyone care to join me?  I will actually be doing running and walking intervals and folks are welcome to do that with me or just run or walk according to your desired pace and distance. 

Try it!  I did it last week and it really feels good to run after all that paddling!
