Simeon coached at the Taft Recreation Center for many years. He was also known for singing with his male gospel group at activities sponsored by the DC Department of Recreation.
Simeon passed suddenly on Monday , March 2, 2015. There will be a candle light vigil in his memory on tomorrow, Sunday March 8th at the Taft Playground. Time: 5 PM-7PM.
