SMD Meeting with the police and DC Park Rangers on Monday, May 11 View this email in your browser Single Member District 5C07 Community Meeting As we're at the beginning of summer, Langdon Park is going to be seeing a lot more use so we'll have officers from the 5th District Police and DPR Park Rangers on hand to answer any questions residents might have about public safety in our community. Date/Time: Monday, May 11 at 7pm Location: Langdon Recreation Center, 2901 20th Street NE On the agenda: Representatives from MPD 5th District Police and DC Dept. of Parks & Rec Park Ranger. Update on Langdon Elementary School continued renovation in summer of 2015 Update on the new Woodridge Library construction And overview of the 'Langdon Park Permitting Taskforce' — The neighborhood group that works with the city and folks who use the parks for BBQs and parties. In particular those who are going to have a DJ with loud music.
