A Celebration of Founders' Day

Mzuri Moyo brings the indomitable spirit of Fannie Lou Hamer to her solo piece, The Fannie Lou Hamer Story.  This wonderful production is brought to the African American Civil War Museum as a fitting part of our Founders' Day celebration in which we commemorate the founding of the Bureau of United States Colored Troops.
