McMillian Project

Please join the Office of Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), the Department of General Services (DGS) and the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) on February 2, 2017 for a community update on the McMillan Construction Project. The community update meeting will be held at  @ 7:30 pm.

Edgewood Recreation Center

The Department of General Services (DGS) and the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) will be holding an open house regarding the rebuilding of the Edgewood Recreation Center.

Rhode Island Avenue NE Streetscape Project

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host the first public meeting for the Rhode Island Avenue (RIA) NE Streetscape Project. The purpose of this first meeting is to inform the public about the project progress and present the 30% of the design for the corridor.

DATE/TIME: Tuesday, February 7, 5-8:00pm (presentation at 6:30pm)

Tactical Urbanism project at North Capitol Street and Lincoln Road, NE

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) invites you to a public meeting to discuss the Tactical Urbanism project at North Capitol Street and Lincoln Road, NEThe purpose of this project is to increase safety at the North Capitol/Lincoln Road, NE intersection through immediate, short-term improvements that will lead the way for a larger intersection safety project. DDOT will present a draft design concept and gather comments from the community at this public meeting.

New York Avenue NE Streetscape and Trail Project

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) invites you to a public meeting to discuss the New York Avenue Streetscape and Trail Project. The purpose of this project is to develop design solutions for a streetscape and trail targeting multimodal, safety and aesthetic improvements along New York Avenue NE. DDOT will present design concepts and gather comments from the community at this public meeting.
