Persons wishing to testify are encouraged, but not required, to submit written testimony in advance of each hearing to Nyasha Smith, Secretary to the Council of the District of Columbia; Suite 5; John A. Wilson Building; 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.; Washington, DC 20004. If a written statement cannot be provided prior to the day of the hearing, please have at least 10 copies of your written statement available on the day of the hearing for immediate distribution to the Council. The hearing record will close two business days following the conclusion of each respective hearing.
