Quick update for today since Bobby is away...

- Meet at Anglers 5:30ish
- Potomac is at 5.6...
- Warm up with an Offit island lap then continue up 'Back Channel' and
try attainment move there.
- Then slip down to to MD chute and make this one.
- Try and ferry over to VA and make that attainment, if you can do
this then back to MD chute
- Continue up gorge towards Wet Bottom.
- Final race down to Anglers at 7:45ish

Boat control will not only save you massive time in the race but also
make you feel dialed in and motivated to go hard. A good opportunity
is to watch other's paddle position, their hands position and their
stroke rate. Thinking about eliminating negative strokes and using
draw strokes. Sometimes doing a backwards ferry is a way to challenge
yourself to show you have solid boat control - try it.
