The National Building Museum is sponsoring a FREE program for families:  Discover Engineering Family Day
 
 
Saturday, February 16, 2013 * 10:00am - 4:30pm

Hands-On Activities for Children Ages 4-12

*Meet an Astronaut

*Build A Robot

*Make Green Slime

*Make A Glider

*Construct A Skyscraper

*Create Your Own Catapult

*Test Building Strength in a Tsunami Tank

*Also Meet Curious George and Cat in the Hat from WETA and PBSKids

The National Building Museum is located at
 
401 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001 (Judiciary Square Metro - red line)
 
 
Discover Engineering Family Day is a FREE, drop-in program. $5 donation suggested. Program and activities are most appropriate for children ages 4 to 12 with adult supervision. Registration is not required.
