The monthly 5D Citizens' Advisory Council (CAC) meeting will be held Thursday, October 24th at the Fifth District's Headquarters, 1805 Bladensburg Road, NE, Washington, DC 20002. Time: 7 PM

 5D Commander Andrew Solberg's report

 Citizen Concerns

 Upcoming election for 5D CAC positions for the term of 2014-2016

 The 5D CAC Awards Ceremony postponement until Friday, February 28th
