Congratulations! Paul deserves this honor for his service to this city and more. His upbeat, kind spirit and keen understanding of DC, Ward 5, local and national politic left a void in the community that will be hard to fill. Due to work I will probably miss this. Take pictures and share with the community. Paul was one of my favorites. He is deeply missed. Alice.
