Thinking of another Cheat workout?

Jill and I are planning a Sycamore run early Sunday morning...high water should make this a fast ride. The plan is to shuttle from parking lot close to 8.

Hi--

I just got word that the Dickerson course is closed this weekend due to high water.  

We are still holding slalom classes on the feeder on Sunday.  9 am is the long boat session- a great chance to work on control and maneuvers in your Cheat Training boat with Ashley Nee.  There is also one space left in the short boat Slalom for River Runners at 11:30 am.
