Does anyone know of a good, reliable, but not terribly expensive HVAC person or company that works on natural gas powered furnace systems?  I would appreciate a referral.

Yes Eric, I do see this problem form time to time.  It is a tricky situation. Though CAPS has a large parking lot, you can see all the out-of-state tag dropping students off.  On P & Bates Sts NW, probably the teachers/staff parking all day

I cant speak on the amount but I do know of many folks who are in the seperated parent situation. Also there is the issue of having babysitter/nannys or family members taking the kids to school.
Im all for DC schools for DC residents but this is a tricky issue.
Gigi as far as parents being rude, I see it all the time. I had parents dropping their kids off at the daycare in the school on P street tell me they have rights and I dont.
Further the new school in the unit block of P street is an issue. If I  leave the house late or come home at a certain time I cant get out or park in front of or near my house.

Why is the even NEWS any more...  MOST of the schools in DC with PS3, PK4, and K5 ALL have non-DC resident students in it. When they 'exposed' E Whitlow Stokes a few years back they said the same thing.  We KNOW this is a bogus thing We KNOW it goes on.... and we (residents)/DCPS/the Charter Board folks  SIMPLY do not care.

When DC start doing like they did in OHIO and and arresting and prosecuting mothers/parents for forging documents -- then and only then will this STOP.

Wonder if newly-elected Attorney General and DC native Mr Racine will look in to this? I sure hope so ...
