CO Porter, 5D contacted appropriate agencies to find out if this vehicle was stolen, etc. Informed minivan was removed about 1pm today. Hope they found the owner.
Was reading yesterday's newspaper and saw where the Dodge Caravan is the No. 1 stolen minivan.

There has been a Dodge Sport Grand Caravan, taupe or lite gold color parked in the unit block P St NW since mid October. Obviously a family vehicle. DC Tags. Has 3 tickets on it, last dated 10/29/14. Surprised MPD hasn't noticed & tried to contact the owner.Please share on other listservs to help find the owner. I had a car stolen and know what this is like.
