This week (Wednesday and Thursday) we will be taking video of your forward stroke at the beginning of the attainment. Later on Tom or Andrew will analyze the video and give you some tips on improving your technique. We will be set up by 5 pm so please meet as early as you can so that you still get a good attainment in. Meet as usual in the lower lot at Anglers.
