Dear Taft/Dwight Mosley Field Community,

The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and Department of General Services (DGS) invites you to attend a community update meeting for the scheduled Taft/Dwight Mosley field renovations.

Subject: Dwight Mosely Fielf Renovation

Good Afternoon,

DGS (Department of General Services) anticipate breaking ground on the Dwight Mosley Field in early May. The field will be a natural turf field, so the contractor will have to wait until mid-May before they can start installing the sod. The construction will likely be complete by the end of June/beginning of July, but the field will remain off-line until at least September to accommodate the growing period.

Lighting will also be installed prior to the project's overall completion. The community may begin seeing activity at the site (erecting a fence, that kind of thing) during April.

There will be a community meeting on April 8th to discuss the project further, at that time more concrete information will be given. Have a great day.
