It is raining today in Friendsville and the Upper Yough is pretty high. We may all end up on the Lower Yough together on Saturday. Or some of the group may get on the Upper early, before the release. We want to see what the river level and weather do today. We will decide tomorrow by 2 pm and email you then. Please do plan to be at the P&R at 7 am.
