[WardFive] Solar Advantage Program Free Systems

Please get the word out about this valuable program. The system could reduce PEPCO utility bills on average of 30%-40% monthly.  DC residents pay no fees or cost.  There are limited systems.

 

I have attached applications for the Solar Advantage Plus Program sponsored by the DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) and Department of the Environment (DDOE).  The DCSEU is providing free solar systems on the roofs of qualified low income home owners. There is a limited number of systems.

 

Please have qualified constituents complete and return with the requested documentation and I will process the application promptly.  They must include the most resent PEPCO bill, within the last 3 months, and one of the income verification documents listed in part 4 of the solar advantage application. All documents can be returned via email or fax to (202) 595-8983.
