On Friday, June 5th 2015 at 8:30 - 10:30pm join Mark Singleton, Executive Director of American Whitewater, and DC boaters for a fundraiser in support of American Whitewater's river stewardship program that supports efforts to keep rivers free, clean, and flowing.

 

When: Friday, June 5, 2015 􏰀 8:30-10:30 pm

Where: The Irish Inn, Glen Echo

Pre-event Potomac paddle for those interested (details in the RSVP)

 

Door prizes and raffle for all participants. Come out and enjoy an evening on the water followed by camaraderie and information about American Whitewater's river stewardship program.

 

(I'm not quite sure what it has to do with milk and honey - I think DC is better known for its 'pork' - maybe LAKS can organize a pork barrel race down the gorge or -  Great Falls?)
