Nolan has a calendar! So far, that has been a reliable source. FYI - It is all a personal labor of love. ANC's don't get paid!!!
But please share the rules that you feel that would be so "obviously" better. I am sure this is another sideway comment about me exposing certain things and the folks responsible for continuing the Willie Lynch mentality.
Censoring Speech is a thing of the past! Lots of you are just having a tough time facing the reality of your core thoughts because many of you silently shared the need for a VA of one but not the other. That's the reason that no one wants to answer the question at hand - as there no answer other than it was a racially motivated protest.
If the shoe fits --The math in that makes you ...........!! Please give us the rules we should follow and tell us what should be catagorized as a community issue??

I think people see [Ward 5] and think that this is an official, city-sponsored listserv - something that would obviously operate under very different rules - instead of a personal labor of love. I still wish the city/ward/ANC would put together a reliable and comprehensive announcements-only list instead of relying on private citizens' groups, but as far as I know that doesn't exist.

Because I feel like a large amount of the content that I'm seeing here is not Ward 5 specific/relevant. I enjoy the news portion and discussion of Ward 5 issues, but most of what I'm reading is completely off the reservation. I'm strongly considering unsubscribing because I feel that this list has lost its mission and just become a sounding board for a few individuals. That's really sad, because I think that having a list for all of Ward 5 is important. This list is not that. It's a place where people get bullied, get into petty fights, and where I can read posts not directly related to Ward 5.
