It is intimidation plain and simple.  This open patrolling of your lot, taking down license numbers and photographing cars and people is an intrusion and a blatant attempt to intimidate and scare off customers.
 
You should simply report her to the police as a public nuisance, a safety, hazard ... she has no logical reason to be on your property attempting to drive off your business.   She is trespassing!  File a complaint.  As a legitimate business owner and citizen you have that right!
 
You may find her a laughable figure but I assure you most people would not want their cars listed and pictures taken, anywhere!
 
 I can also assure you that over the months this has been going on that she has cost you customers.

We need to show our support for a quality business owned and operated by our community residents.  A business that's survived what are clearly racially motivated attacks and obstructions and by sheer hard work and diligence, attention to customer service and outreach has not only survived but thrived as well...
 
If I may, let me enourage all who did not know of this struggle and who support the BCafe and The Brookland Inn to speak out and let all know where you stand, once and for all.
