As part of a National Initiative started in Chicago by the Black Star Project that has engaged over 700 cities and thousands of Fathers nation-wide, Members of the D.C. Fatherhood Coalition along with The 100 Fathers, Inc., the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse and Community & Faith Based Organizations are coordinating a city-wide grassroot effort to encourage ALL Fathers to take their children to school Monday, August 27, 2012.
