[WardFive] Enjoying The Holiday Season

Christmas is one day away.  If you have not already enjoyed the Christmas/Holiday decorative lights in our community, I encourage all to drive/walk around 5A07 and abutting districts; there are so many wonderful, celebratory lights.  In 5A07 for example, the unit blocks and homes on 10^th Street, Kearny, Jackson, Irving and yes, Lawrence are full of beautifully decorated and festive homes.  The 1400 block of Newton is especially well decorated. 

 

As we all recognize these as very compelling times, I found it also nice to see that the challenges of life have not fully diminished our celebration and appreciation of this holiday season.  For myself, I can attest that celebratory strength in the face of adversity are actually uplifting.

 

To our community, I wish all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and abundant blessings.
