And weather permitting I will be bringing fat free, vegan, nut free, approved by Tom’s personal dietician, oat-fig bars.

Subject: cheat_training_group Tom's birthday and a rural Canadian phenomenon
For our first Cheat training tomorrow (Wed), I will be bringing a uniquely Canadian Prairie sweet gooey treat called Puffed Wheat Squares, in honor of Tom's birthday. I think it will go very well with lots and lots of snow!
"...Puffed Wheat Squares (also called Puffed Wheat Cake) is a distinctly rural Canadian phenomenon. Nearly everyone I meet who is familiar with the square hails from Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba". http://agirlandherdot.wordpress.com/2010/08/25/a-canadian-treat-puffed-wheat-squares/
