Re: [WardFive] Next ANC 5B Community Meeting: Wed, Mar 27 2013

Dear Mr. Mobley,

What's goin on?  You should ask your man Corey G.  Ask him what he and Rip (then Chair) did with the Vote first when he had the audacity to have a prepared speech which he read right after the ANC Vote (For 901) about how his "service" is to Corey -- Sorry I meant the City first -- wrote before he even heard the Community -- including the 200 footers.

Ask there and then you can use your skills to get the 901 Development team to respect the 4+ years of WORK/NEGOTIATIONS that the Community had with OP and the SAP (with specific limitations) that was included as part of the law. And that's the problem.  When you see this type of disease attached to a Kenyan, you know that it will be parasidic. Not much different than some of those who surrounded Delano.  Both of those young men deserve better than to be poured on with "sticky" substances.

We must have better than this around our young Men and Women who aspire to be leaders than those who are parasidic.  Furthermore, if you would like to help with negotiations, understand that the Comprehensive Plan, the N.E. Element spoke directly against removing the type of housing that 901 Developers got Zoning to allow.

Understanding that Comp and SAP is a "tool" according to Zoning, it should be a tool that works for what it directs -- not discarded.

Mr. Mobley, you know that I appreciate and respect you, but lets start being real -- some things in life can't be avoided and folks do what they have to to survive, but don't bend the pages when it is not needed.  Let them walk from the project -- guaranteed that folks will jump at doing a development in line with the SAP that would still provide the same amount of Commercial Space (what our Progressives are drooling over) and with residential above and still be really profitable.

Respectfully,  Please start with the point of where the VOTE "for" this development at the ANC started to be "twised"!!  Then, you can ask me how I know what I know. Like I said, I have made my mistakes and am paying for it and am definitely no angel, but at some time, some things just when not needed are abusive!!

Respectfully,

Rob

Carolyn,

What is going on with 901????  Seems that all parties are losing and that should not be the case.

Give me a call.  You may not know that I am a sound and respected mediator sanctioned by 29 states and DC.
