Good Afternooon Ms. Smith,



Again, my name is Alice M. Boone, and I am Executive Director of Strong
Mind-Strong Body, Inc. Our organization is currently hosting a Christmas
tree Fundraiser in Ward 5. I am providing you another flyer for your use,
which I am asking that you distribute and circulate a widely as possible.
Our intentions with this tree drive is to make certain at risk youth and
youth from low income families are afforded an opportunity to enjoy a fresh
cut Tree of Life, (commonly referred to as a Christmas Tree) for their home
enjoyment and quality family time. Our prices are significatnly below those
of Home Depot and Lowes.



Again, as Executive Director of the organization, we would like to extend an
invitation for you to join us. We kicked off our drive drive today, Friday,
Nov. 23, 2012, starting at 9:00am at M&S Barber Service, 2900 12th Street,
NE, DC, 20017. See the attached flyer.



We would appreciate it if you would circulate this information. And, all
persons who purchase a tree will receive a free gift.
