1.  Listen my Friend -  don't confuse opposing the Car Barn Location with Opposing the Car Barn.  Relocating the Car Barn two blocks down the same road is not "not understanding that this is bigger than you and I" and the rest of us.  WE GET THAT. 
 
As stupid as spending all that money on this stupid Trolley which will have to be subsidized and is really just for White Folks moving in who have an elitist approch to not "Riding the Bus", I know that we won't be able to stop that.  However -- the Barn is a different ISSUE. 
 
Please PAY ATTENTION.  So I guess the answer is that there is no development planned for the former Trash Site.-- which makes it a good option for placing the barn and bus lot.
 
2.  Now what Phase 1 are you talking about? 
 
Stop wasting my time and tell us what the heck you are talking about regarding this "Phase 1" because I sure want to know why the rest of us don't know about it.

I have informed you that the Car Barn project is larger than you or me but what it brings to our youth of training is what needs to be address not stopping. The trash location is now a park area green area and will not be used for any development, but the use of a path of seeing the wildlife.

3.  Solving both Crummel (Bus Parking) and Spingarm's Car Barn issues by utilizing one location that no one cares about -- The DC Owned former Benning Road Trash Facility.  Reinforce the Bridge and put the facilities out of sight in the Woods.  This is still close enough for folks to come learn how to fix a Train -- by the way -- howcome we don't have any training for our students on fixing existing trains and buses??
