For those driving to the Meeting, Caldwell Hall (C-12 on the map) is on the Harewood Road NE side of the campus across from Leahy Hall. The entrance from Harewood Rd is near the Hartke Theater (A-10 on the map). Go up the ramp, turn right at the two yellow poles, go to the Stop Sign, turn left, go down the ramp to the large parking lot.
I talked with CUA's Asst. Director for Public Safety Pendergast. She confirmed that the normal on campus permit parking regulations with be relaxed this evening due to the anticipated size of attendees.
For those coming by public transportation, Brookland Metro Station (J-15) is the closes. Come out of the Metro station on the left side, John McCormack Rd. You can walk through the campus to Caldwell Hall.
Though this is CUA's Finals Week, there is normally a security officer station at the school's entrance on this side of the Metro Station. You can confirm your walking route from there to Caldwell Hall with the officer.
