The caller stated that a man and a woman were riding around schools on Georgia Ave NW to Silver Spring,Maryland with the intent to pick up young girls. The couple is driving a grey 2012 Nissan Rogue bearing New Jersey tag V91CCC. They rented the vehicle from Enterprise Rental New Port Richie, Florida and haven't returned the vehicle. "
