Okay Folks, hope I got it straight now.
I was talking with some neighbors who were in line waiting to check in. They said they had been in line about 10 mins or so. I went outside, was talking with people, made some cell calls, then saw my neighbors coming out. Total time in line for them and to vote was about 20 mins. After they checked in, they were directed to the machines on the side where the tables are.
Seems you do have to wait in line to check in, however, if you are a Ward 5 voter, you are directed to 4 voting machines which now can be determined for W5 voters. If you are a voter from outside of W5 you have to get into another line where there is the wait to use one of 6 machines.
Hope this help someone in their decision making.
