Does anybody know a guy named Tim Kocher (currently in PA)? I'm considering buying a boat from him, but I'd like someone I know to confirm his trustworthiness first, if possible (specifically, in the context of buying a boat from him - I'm not asking him to come watch my house for a week or anything like that).
