[WardFive] Fw: Funeral Arrangements - Larry F. Kinney (Mr. Kinney)

It's with great sadness that I announce to some the passing of Mr. Larry F. Kinney.  Mr. Kinney worked for DC Parks and Recreation for many years and he was a well-known tennis and baseball coach who lived in Ft. Lincoln.  He was also a kind and gentle spirit who will be sorely missed.
