[WardFive] Saturday: ZRR: MLK Lib recap

Our ANC Commissioner Gayle Carley and I was at the meeting. The meeting Saturday was very informative.  It is about RE Zoning that I shared with you two or three years ago. Things do not go away.

If we do not stop them we could a corner store at the end of your block, someone could build an apartment unit in their garage next door to you.

Please do not set back and then complain.  At our September 14 meeting, I had invited the Zoning Commission.  After the meeting Saturday, I need to rethink if it is still a good idea. Because by the time of the meeting we hope to have gone to court. Please sign the support form!

We need to know how we can protect our community.

Hey good planning advocates,

So glad you could make time on Saturday, with 51 others concerned residents who heard the news, spoke up, and signed in throughout the 2-hours.  All eight wards representing!

MARK YOUR CALENDAR (in pencil for now)
It looks like the submission of our court case will happen either Wednesday or Thursday this week.
Soon to be determined as it now depends on our legal team which will be formed in full today.
