Thank you!!! Tom, Bobby, and the other instructors for another fantastic Upper Yough training season!  Your expert instruction has me at the point where I am surviving runs independent of your mindful baby duck-sitting!  Through the UY program, I feel confident to run the UY at a variety of water levels and I am starting to try some of the harder lines and moves.  I'll make my 10^th run next weekend and I plan to get another 10 to 15 runs in through October.  My goal for next year's UY program is to be ready for Bobby's Upper Yough Advanced Moves clinic.

Thanks again for your great instruction and all the time you give us!!

There are still two spots left. The other dates are 7/13 and 7/27. 

For this weekend, the group should meet at the put in at noon. Your leaders are Rhys, Bobby, Sandrine, and Keith.

Those NOT going to the Upper, please meet Tom and Anand at Great Falls, VA to run Fishermans at 9 am.

Have an awesome weekend, please book your trips and let me know if you have any feedback to make Yough Training better for next year.
