Re: cheat_training_group This week in Yough Training

Little falls Upper yough training group tomorrow bring a big boof stroke there is an awesome practice boof on little falls that is a similar lead in to national falls, in the sense it's chaotic. Our focus tomorrow will be to hit this boof as many times as we can. I hit it the other night after Wednesday's roll class and it was probably the best boof on the Potomac. 

Please be prepared to paddle through waves, commit to a late stroke, and to look down at a hole that is smiling back at you. There is very little consequence other than a swim and A swim is as much a part of kayaking as your boof is.

I promise you that this move will be a great practice move for the upper yough. 

I can't wait!

We do still have space for two more. If you are ready this year, we hope to take you twice this summer. The other dates are 6/29 and 7/13, 7/27.

For everyone else, please meet Steve-O and Simon at 9 am at Lock 5 on Saturday for a Little Falls run and practice.

We only have 1 more week of Yough Training after this- weeknights at the Feeder and Saturday 6/29, location TBA.
