The Ward 5 Council on Education is sponsoring a public forum for all Ward 5 Council candidates. Hosts from the Education Town Hall Show, Thomas Byrd and Jeff Smith, will be our moderators. They will guide questions relating to candidates' background, experience, and their philosophies regarding how they plan to enhance the current education system.
