cheat_training_group Dickerson closed through the weekend

Sorry to report but Dickerson will remain closed through the weekend.  I can roll your payment over until the next workout (Dec 7) or issue a refund.  Please just let me know what works.  

Ashley Nee is going to run a Slalom Workout on the Feeder instead- at 10:15 am.  One space remains.  Sandrine is available for a Little Falls run and instructional class.  We will meet at Lock 5 at 10:15 am.  Please let me know if you want to join either if these.
