Due to the Thanksgiving holiday falling on the 4th Thursday of this month, the 5D Citizens' Advisory Counsel meeting will be held tomorrow at the Fifth District Headquarters, 1805 Bladensburg Road, NE, Washington, DC 20002. Time 7 PM.
