[WardFive] Meet & Greet: Paul Zukerberg for AG, Sun, 10/19/2014, San Antonio Bar & Grill, 4:30-6:00pm

Attached is the flier for the scheduled Ward 5 Meet & Greet with Paul Zukerberg, candidate for the first elected DC Attorney General position on Sunday, Oct 19, 2014, 4:30-6:00pm, at the San Antonio Bar & Grill, 3908 12th Street NE (Between Quincy St & Michigan Ave NE)Short walk from the Brookland Metro, with the 80 bus stopping directly across the street.

As many know, Paul is a long term DC resident, an outstanding attorney who has fought for many needed legislation for the betterment of DC, especially with the problems of young black males & the problems with the prison industrial complex, recent efforts, decriminalizing marijuana (which we now have), supported medical marijuana (which we now have), and his court battle against the DC Council to have the elected Attorney General position on the Nov. General Election Ballot, along with other issues.

The glaring truth that cannot be denied is that the will of the people who voted to finally have an elected Attorney General was voided by the DC Council this year. While the now other after-the-fact "Johnny Come Lately" candidates sat by and accepted the Council's decision without a whimper, it was Paul Zukerberg who stood up and fought this in court to have this elected position on the Nov. General Election ballot as the people wanted!!!

No other candidate can have this momentous victory on their resume!

This love of our great city, felt the Council's decision was wrong, commitment to make sure that the right thing is and was done should not be denied the opportunity to be the first elected District of Columbia Attorney General. Remember, Paul placed the best interest of our city as a whole first, without hesitation.

Paul earned it, and I ask that you come out to the Meet & Greet, and also give Paul your support on election day by giving him your vote for the DC Attorney General.

Thank You and hope to see you there!
