All this kokatat love has me scratching my head. I got a hydrus dry top less than a year ago and it's leaky (with no visible holes) so I get soaked and all the gaskets are disintegrating. Usually it takes a few years before the fabric gives out and I need to replace gaskets.

Next dry suit I get will be a Kokatat made of Gore-Tex. Right now I have an IR. I only used it for one and a half winters and there were 4 holes in it. I am not impressed with the quality. IR did provide great customer service and fixed them right away. Just bought a Kokat dry suit (Meridian GMER) for my son. Heard very good things about these for women from none other than Charlie Duffy, kayak gear impresario. Same great fabrics as GMER, I believe, with more flexibility, particularly for women. I'd say, "Buy it."
