There was a community meeting on Wednesday, October 12th where community residents stated that they were opposed to any zoning change and want to keep the current zoning.  Note that the Zoning Commission changed some of the zoning codes.  I understand that ANC 5B is near this property.

On Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 7:00 PM, Single Member District 5A-03 will hold a community forum for residents to discuss the proposed EYA development at the site of the St. Joseph's Seminary.  Members of the community (not restricted to 5A-03) will have up to four minutes to address the commissioners in attendance.

For residents who are unable to attend the meeting or wish to submit their testimony in writing, you may do so by emailing 5A-03@anc.dc.gov or by mail to ANC 5A, 5171 South Dakota Avenue, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20017.  Written responses will be accepted through October 31st.
