Just to bring you up to date on this
Saturday's paddling. As we talked
about Tues. and Wed. evenings, Bobby's
inviting us all to enjoy a boofing-fest on one of his
favorite workout areas - the Shenandoah near Harper's
Ferry.
We would like to meet at 7:00 AM at the
Gaithersburg Park-n-Ride to carpool (and reduce the number
of cars) to Harpers Ferry.
From there we will drive to the Wayside Parking,
on the right just across the Rt. 340 bridge. The
parking space is limited, but there is a gas station just
across the main road for a momentary stop. We are
meeting early because the parking is so
restrictive.
From there we will set shuttle. Please be
on time, so that we can succeed in having a shuttle vehicle
or two at the take-out.
This should be a ton of fun!! -
