I agree about the growth shown by Chairman Brown as he leads the legislative sessions and in other areas of Council leadership. Highly pleased that he remains accessible to the public, his continued numerous appearances at events.

Subject: [WardFive] Kwame / Budget
Good Evening,
Not much was said about the Position that our Council Chair Kwame took regarding the Budget. From looking at Channel 13, it seems like he hid a really good Job in allocating money for everything. I was really surprised to see Jack Evans pleased. Anyways, I think that Kwame has made some trememdous strides in understanding his position and has grown quite a bit from his few mistakes. Looks like he is learning from them and has dedicated himself being sincere in his position. Hopefully this is the type of progress that we continue to see from him and others.
Eric Jones and Eric Soule, I know that you two seem to understand the budget well and I know you spend lots of time reading such things for fun. Can you share your thoughts please? Does anyone else who understands and have taken the time to look at the Budget have any thoughts about what could have been done to improve it.
