Just want to give you an overview of how Cheat Training works. This coming Wednesday 3/5 we are meeting at Anglers at 5 pm for an upstream paddle. You should bring your long boats. Every Wednesday here after we will meet at 6 pm. Please bring a waiver for this year and check in with Tom. If you are going to miss a workout, try to send us an email. Tom usually waits in the parking lot for everyone to arrive and then paddles up himself. Making up a session with one of the Thursday groups is possible.
On Saturdays in March, starting on the 8th, we will meet at Sycamore Island at 9 am. The parking area for Sycamore Island is located off of Clara Barton Parkway. If you are driving toward DC from Carderock, you will pass the split where you are forced to turn onto MacArthur during the week- stay in the right lane. You will go under a foot bridge. The parking area is immediately after. There is overflow parking on MacArthur. You can leave your car there and walk across that bridge with your boat. Please be changed and ready to go at 9. Tom will meet you with the van and trailer and we will pack in that and what ever other vehicles needed to drive up to Great Falls, MD. We will be back down to Sycamore Island about 12:30.
