E. E. & Cruz & Co., Inc. and the DC Water Works Job Center is hosting a Local Hiring Event on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. This event will support hiring for the DC Clean Rivers Division C – Poplar Point Pumping Station Replacement and Main Outfall Source Diversions. The attached flyers contains more information.
 
Applications will be accepted for the following positions:
 
·      Un-skilled and Skilled Laborers
·      Carpenters
·      Operators
·      Mechanics  
 
Applicants must complete the attached General Local Workforce Questionnaire and one (1) trade specific Local Workforce Questionnaire. Forms can be submitted via fax at: 202-787-2749, emailed to Cynthia.jackson@dcwater.com or brought to your local Satellite Job Center.
 
Interested applicants must submit legible, fully completed questionnaires to receive a scheduled interview.
 
**Walk-ins are also welcome and will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis.**
 
Please note: Only one (1) General questionnaire and one (1) trade specific Local Workforce questionnaire will be accepted per person.  
 
This email will be resent on January 30th. You will also be contacted via telephone to confirm receipt of this information.

The Greater New York Avenue Gateway Corridor is bounded by District of Columbia/Prince George's County border to east, North Capitol Street to the west,  H Street, N.E. and Benning Road to the south, and Rhode Island Avenue to the north.   Some key crossroads include: Bladensburg Road and South Dakota, West Virginia, Montana, and Florida Avenues. "Main Streets" include: Rhode Island, North Capitol, and H Street.
