cheat_training_group Strokes Video

While this is our last scheduled week for attainments, next Tuesday, 4/28, Cheat Lite and Cheat Youth will be having their make up attainment due to the missed Thursday back in snowy March.

Remember to preregister for the Cheat Race. http://cheatfest.org/activities-2/down-river-race/ You can also register that day, just plan to get there a bit early and pay an extra $5. You also may not get the shirt size you want. It is fun to find 3 or more racers that are around the same pace as you and to create a team. We like you to incorporate a reference to LAKS in your team name.

Registration for the Class III Club trips doesn't seem to be working. Email me if you have tried to register. This is a great "what's next" for those who are not ready to commit to the Upper Yough Training. http://liquidadventureskayakschool.org/classes/intermediate/laks-class-iii-club/
