-- Please join the next Langdon Park Community Association meeting June 27 10am-12pm at the Washington Center for Aging Services (2601 18th St NE).
We are excited to announce our guest speaker will be the new 5D Acting Police Commander, William Fitzgerald. Commander Fitzgerald will share with the community his priorities, and hear from you on your most pressing concerns. The Commander is eager to meet you to understand your concerns so he can take appropriate action. Therefore please make every effort to attend and participate.
We will also cover other issues you care about (e.g. litter), activities you would like to see in the community (e.g. summer cook out), and ideas and solutions for moving forward. Our ability to successfully address your concerns and interests 100% depends on your involvement and participation, so we encourage you to get engaged and play an active role in working with your neighbors to improve the community (e.g. join the litter crew, or fun committee to help organize neighborhood activities).
Finally, we will have Langdon t-shirts available (limit 1 per household) for those who have not yet received one.
